I’m Melting

And not with lust or because I’m looking at a photo of kittens. It’s because my A/C is broken and we are experiencing a muggy, humid, garbage fume gagging heatwave here in New York. My landmarked Art Deco apartment building has walls like a fort which are wonderful for when your neighbors are playing Lady Gaga, but they also retain heat like a bitch. This is what feels like is happening to me:

What’s a crafty girl to do in times of extreme discomfort? (Besides complain on her blog?) Make jewelry! I am “borrowing” this amazing design for an ice cube necklace. Love it. I may even make a belt.
